Meeting Analytics Platform
A conceptual SaaS platform providing actionable insights into meeting quality, team dynamics, and productivity patterns.

problem
Meetings were a major time investment, yet their efficiency and impact remained unmeasured. The challenge was to design a system capable of tracking engagement, productivity, and communication patterns across teams in real time.
solution
We designed a conceptual MVP for a meeting analytics platform that transforms complex data into clear visual insights. The solution focused on modular dashboards with configurable widgets, filters, and KPIs — allowing companies to monitor meeting effectiveness, engagement, and collaboration trends across teams.
We approached the project using an Object-Oriented UX methodology, mapping key objects, relationships, and user roles before moving on to interface design. This approach helped to establish a clear data hierarchy and define how meeting data interacts with people, teams, and metrics inside the system.

During design exploration, we faced challenges in visualising the same data through multiple forms — charts, tables, and timeline components. Each visualisation offered different insights but risked creating inconsistency. We focused on scalability and flexibility, selecting representations that accurately reflected reality while maintaining visual balance and clarity of information.
As the structure evolved, we tested the dashboard with target users, gathering feedback on interpretability and relevance. These insights helped refine widget content, hierarchy, and filters, resulting in a cohesive, adaptable analytics system.
