Small and medium-sized businesses face fragmented financial management across multiple tools and banking channels. Opening accounts, managing payments, tracking cash flow, and issuing invoices often require switching between disconnected systems. Traditional banking platforms lack an integrated experience tailored to SMEs — slowing down operations, limiting visibility, and creating friction between web and mobile workflows.

We designed a unified banking ecosystem for SMEs that connects account management, payments, invoicing, and analytics into one consistent cross-platform experience. The system enables business owners to open a company, issue invoices, send or receive payments, and monitor cash flow in real time — all through a single interface. A modular design system was built to ensure seamless interaction between mobile and web, maintaining visual and functional consistency. Each user flow — from onboarding to QR payments and card management — was optimized for speed, clarity, and compliance with financial regulations.
The project evolved through multiple design cycles, driven by close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and compliance teams.
Early research revealed gaps between how SMEs handle daily operations and how banking tools supported them.
We redefined these workflows through detailed user journeys, wireframes, and live testing, focusing on clarity and reliability at every touchpoint.
Over several iterations, the platform grew from a simple payment interface into a full-scale business banking suite — combining the flexibility of modern fintech with the trust of traditional banking.
The result was a scalable, data-driven product that empowers small businesses to operate, grow, and manage their finances effortlessly across devices.

As the platform matured, we introduced a layered design system to ensure coherence across multiple banking modules — from “Cash” goals and QR payments to invoicing and international transfers.
This structure allowed the team to extend features quickly without breaking visual or functional integrity, enabling rapid experimentation and measurable product growth.
Each release was backed by analytics and behavioral tracking: user funnels, session heatmaps, and completion rates helped identify friction points and inform future iterations.
Through this continuous feedback loop, the experience evolved into a high-performance SME banking ecosystem that balanced usability, scalability, and business value.
