The client — a large agricultural producer and exporter — faced a lack of transparency and communication between field teams, management, and logistics units. Operational data was fragmented across multiple channels, making it difficult to track deliveries, coordinate shipments, and monitor field performance in real time. The challenge was to design a unified digital environment that would centralize operations and streamline collaboration between all parties.
solution
We developed the concept of the Agritech Management Portal — a digital platform that connects field teams, logistics, and management through a unified interface. The product introduced tools for delivery tracking, cargo analytics, and automated communication flows between departments. Using modular architecture and scalable design principles, the platform enabled real-time control over operations while remaining intuitive for both office and field users. The design was focused on clarity, automation, and a transparent flow of data — turning complex logistics processes into a structured and accessible digital ecosystem.
As both concept designer and UX strategist, I started with mapping user roles and their daily interactions — from field operators and dispatchers to logistics managers and executives.
We used object-oriented UX methodology to identify key entities (deliveries, locations, vehicles, reports) and define their relationships within the system.
The process included building flowcharts, mind maps, and early prototypes to test navigation logic and data visibility across roles.
Through several validation sessions with Nibulon’s internal teams, we refined the structure and visual hierarchy, ensuring that critical actions like shipment tracking or price confirmation could be completed in just a few steps.
The outcome was a flexible product concept that aligned technology, user experience, and the company’s operational goals — a foundation for scalable digital transformation within the agribusiness sector.
